Before you visit a builder, be sure to tell them you have a Realtor. If fact it's best not to visit a builder community without your Realtor. Without representation you could be loosing thousands of dollars. Builders will often use their own contracts and are weighed heavily in their favor. Some incentives are not know to the general public, also the price of the home could be over inflated. Realtor fee's are paid from a separate fund and do not affect the price you will pay for the home.
